The Challenge
The organization was moving quickly from start-up to a ~$10B market cap company. Existing technology could not scale to meet the new business demands. Their core business applications did not seamlessly exchange data between core applications and data was being duplicated, making it difficult to identify a trusted source.
The Solution
Using domain-driven design methods, Merakāta provided several solutions including a data-first enterprise application and data architecture, solution designs for core business applications, and data models for key business entities including the Insured, Brokerage, and Product master data domains.
